STAGE BATTENS
Stage railings as well as lighting bridges can be made of both steel and aluminum in four possible configurations:
- MONO,
- DUO,
- TRI,
- QUATRO
Electrically powered stage stiles are moved by means of winches with lifting capacity adapted to the required load of the traverse.
The winches meet the stringent requirements of standards and regulations such as:
BGV-C1; PN-EN ISO 1210; PN-EN 14492-1 + A1
The winches have inverters that allow them to gently start lowering or raising the stage stiletto's traverse and just as gently decelerate it.
The control of such a stiletto is carried out by means of a control panel with the possibility of securing in a keyed ignition against unauthorized activation.
The lighting as well as the sound system located on the stage stile needs its own power supply and control. Excess power and control cables for the equipment must be collected somewhere. The simplest solution is to use a cable basket, which we design and manufacture according to the needs of each stage batten.
A more advanced device is an automatic cable retractor, which is also designed and made individually depending on the number of cables needed and their length.
An important part of the whole mechanism moving the stage barbell or lighting bridge are the blocks along which the cable moves. Often the route of such a line must change direction for technical reasons. In such cases, we always individually design the sheaves, the fastenings of which adopt solutions depending on the conditions of the building.
Therefore, the sheaves and their mounts can take different sizes from the standard ones we use.
